Vasquez Calls Proposed Aid to Israel "Unserious"

WASHINGTON, D.C. - On November 1, 2023, U.S. Representative Gabe Vasquez (NM-02) issued the following statement:

"Republicans' proposed aid to Israel is an unserious proposal at a very serious moment.

"We must seek a bipartisan resolution to fortify U.S. national security interests that support our allies, including Israel and Ukraine, and that also provides humanitarian assistance to innocent civilians caught in the crossfire in Gaza.

"Enough with the partisanship.

"Destabilizing world events call on us to meet the moment."
